Chris was born December 26, 1969, to the late Rubin and Thelma Jones. He was preceded in death by his son, Christopher Jones Jr, and his eldest brother Rubin Jones Jr.

As a youth, Chris attended Mt. Olive A.M.E. Church. Chris was a self-employed lawn care worker. He also loved to fish and do odd jobs.
 
Chris leaves to cherish his loving memories: Three sons, Quenton, Donte (Christina) and Rubin Jones; One sister, Norfretta Young (Stephen); Five Brothers, R.L. Randolph, Glen Jones (Yolanda), Donald, Ronald and David Jones; 1 great grandson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.
