Cynthia May (Brown) Allard
8/2/51-4/24/23
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Cindy. She grew up in Worcester MA and Bethel ME before moving to Rochester NH and then the lakes region area. For many years she worked in various departments at what was then called The Clipper Home in Wolfeboro NH. She decided she needed a change of pace and went to The Alton Circle Grocery for several years before becoming a home health aide for the elderly. She ultimately decided to retire and moved to Brooksville FL in 2018 with her husband.
Those that knew her well would agree she was a very brave, tough, and independent woman. She was always willing to lend a helping hand in whatever way she could. She was also well known as “the lady with a pet bobcat”. She loved her plants inside and out. In the summertime she would enjoy time by the campfire calling it “pit night” and invite her friends and family to join.
She leaves behind her husband Bert of 48 years, her three children, seven siblings, and seven grandchildren, many in-laws, as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Jeanette Martone and Robert Brown.
All services are private and entrusted to the J.T. Campbell funeral home and Cremation Services Macedonia chapel.
