We lost our sweet mom this afternoon . She suffered a massive stroke a year ago and entered Hospice about a month ago. She passed very peacefully at her home in Brooksville Florida surrounded by family listening to Elvis singing Kentucky Rain. Mom was a nurse for 40+years and loved caring for patients. When she retired she discovered a passion for saving animals and helping veterans with PTSD. She loved that work with her entire heart. Thank you to all family and friends for showing up as she struggled adjusting to her new normal. Thank you to my job for giving me all the time I needed to be with my mom. She will be so missed . Rest in peace now Mom we got this from here ❤️ we love you with our entire hearts.
