We are tragically heartbroken, to announce the passing of Dahlia Smith 51 of Spring Hill, died Thursday Morning October 10 , 2019 under the Loving Care of HPH Hospice, Please remember, her children  in your thoughts and prayers.

and all other family members as they mourn the loss of their loved one.

The family and friends will have a visitation from 3pm to 4pm followed by a memorial service on Saturday October 12, 2019 both at the J.T. Campbell Funeral and Cremation Macedonia Chapel 210 West Jefferson Street Brooksville 34601.
