OBITUARY Daryl Alan Yant
Daryl Alan Yant was born on November 23, 1977 in Ocala, Florida and passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida. He is the son of James and Christene Yant and a lifelong resident of Spring Hill, Florida.
He attended school in Spring Hill starting kindergarten at Westside Elementary and culminating with graduation from Central High School in1996. After graduation he furthered his education at Erwin Technical College in Tampa, Florida where he earned a technical degree in air conditioning and refrigeration. After receiving his certification he worked with several companies in Tampa and Spring Hill. Daryl was a good employee who never missed a day, was always on time and rarely complained about the people who he worked with. In spite of it all he went to work everyday until he had health issues.
Daryl excelled in sports and showed good sportsmanship whether he won or lost as a young athlete in youth baseball with his dad as coach. Upon entering high school sports, he continued to be very coachable and competitive.
Daryl was a kind, loyal and dependable friend who would go out of his way to help, oftentimes neglecting himself. He was a loving uncle to his niece, Jeniah who he enjoyed playing games and school. He was her favorite student because she gave orders and he followed.
Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles who preceded him in death: Ulysses Cromartie, Mary Cromartie Williams, Charles Cromartie, Maude Cromartie, Deloris Yant and Robert Yant
Grand parents: Mary L Donaldson, Hosie Yant, Sr. and Catherine Yant Rowe.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories; James and Christene Yant, Spring Hill--Parents; siblings, Anthony Ronald Yant, Spring Hill and Gary Tippins(deceased); uncles --Earl Cromartie(Toni) Philadelphia; Bobbie Cromartie;Spring Hill
, Diana Cromartie (Tallahassee); Hosie Yant (Louise)-Orlando; Ronald L Yant-Apopka; Michael Yant -Houston and a host of cousins,a niece, family and friends.
Flowers - May be received at The J.T.Campbell Funeral Home on Friday February 4th from 9 am to 3pm
Viewing - Friday February 4th from 5pm to 7pm at The J.T. Campbell Funeral Home Macedonia Chapel
