Dennis B. Dickerson Jr

On November 1, 2024, Dennis Bernard Dickerson Jr slipped away and joined his loved ones in eternal rest and peace. He was 61 years young. 

Dennis was the son Dennis B. Dickerson Sr and Bonnie J. Dickerson, both deceased. He was born in Rantoul Illinois on August 25, 1963. Because his father was in the military, Dennis spent his early years in Misawa Japan. In 1976, his family moved back to the states and settled down in Pensacola, FL 

Prior to graduating, Dennis and Jeanette Rudolph welcomed a beautiful daughter LaNeice Dickerson. In 1981, Dennis graduated from Pensacola High School and afterwards attended Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA.

Dennis moved to Crystal River, FL where he married Vicki Sawyer and they welcomed a handsome son, Garrett Dickerson. 

Dennis was employed at Florida Powers for years before relocating back to Pensacola. After becoming ill, Dennis moved to Citrus Springs, FL. He resided with his son Garrett and his family until his death. 

Dennis is survived by his Aunt Barbara Coleman (Cleveland, OH), sister, Rita Spencer and daughter LaNeice Dickerson Dees (Pensacola, FL) One son, Garrett L. Dickerson (Citrus Springs, FL) Six grandchildren; Kenneth De
