November 10, 1947, to the late Clemmon Eugene & Izetta Crump Williams, home birth, Inverness, Fl Stepmother Frances Chester Williams. After the passing of his mother in 1951, he went to live with his grandfather Tillman Crump and grandmother Sallie Crump. After the passing of his grandfather in 1964, he moved back into the home of his father until leaving for the Job Corp & Army in 1966.

In 1954 he began his education at Booker T Washington High School, a one-room class, third grade, his teacher, Dillie B Ivey. His later years of high school he served as a Trombone player and band officers under the direction of Warren P Parham. He tried his hand in playing football in his senior year. He was in the graduating class of 1965; “The Hornets”. 1966-1967 he attended the Job Corp Center, Jacksonville, FL.

1972-1979 he was employed at the VA Hospital, SW Arther Rd, Gainesville. 1980-1982 Department of Corrections, Intake Officer, 1983-1984, Head Cook Soony’s BBQ & NW Deli, 1985-1998 Shands Hospital, supervisor Environmental Services; 1998-1999 C&S Cleaning Service; 2000-2015 Custodian at Shell’s Elementary, Hawthorne, FL. Retired in 2016.

Friday, January 17, 2025, he was residing with his son, Marcus and was taken to Shands Trauma Center, where he transitioned at approximately 9:42pm.
