Jerome Cook

Jerome Cook was born August 15, 1947, in Crescent City, Florida to the union of Willie Cook and Willie Mae Stevens. Jerome grew up and attended the local schools of Crescent City, Florida. He lived in Sanford and Deland prior to moving to Brooksville, FL. After relocating to Brooksville, Jerome met and become close friends with Ms. Mary Waddy in which their friendship has lasted many years.

Jerome was preceded in death by his Parents, Willie Cook and Willie Mae Stevens; and Brothers, Lawrence Cook, Lewis Cook and Willie Cook.

Jerome is survived by a devoted Friend, Mary Waddy; one sister n law: Betty Cook of Sanford, FL; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
