Life Reflections of Dora Mae Ross, 92, of Inverness, FL
Dora Mae Ross passed away on August 13, 2022. She was born on May 4, 1930, in Hernando, FL, to Eddie and Viola Green, and after a brief stay, she relocated to Inverness, FL, with her parents. Dora worked in the food service industry and later became a homemaker. Her father and mother, Eddie and Viola Green, preceded her in death with four daughters, Patricia Ross, Margaret Ross-Watson, Melinda Ross-Wells, and Vanessa Ross two sons, Willie Ross, Sr., and Michael Ross, and one sister, Doris Yvonne Smith.
She leaves to cherish her memories, four daughters, Charlene White (Charlie) and Jacqueline Ross-Fribley (George) of Inverness, Carla Ross-Morris (Al), Juanita Ross-Dilworth (Michael) of Tallahassee, FL, and three sons, Earnest Ross, Sr. (Alice), Darnell Ross, Sr., and Dwann Ross, Sr. all of Inverness, FL; two sisters, Eddye Denson of South Bend, IN and Florence Douglas of Inverness, FL; one daughter in law (Zsa Ross) Williston FL, a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grands, family, and sorrowing friends.
Flowers, Condolences and Resolutions - May be received at the J.T. Campbell Funeral Home 220 West Jefferson Street Brooksville Fl on Friday, August 26 from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Wake/Visitation - The wake service will be held on Friday August 26th at the Greater Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church 122 Dr. MLK Blvd, Inverness Florida 34450 from 5:30 PM to 7 PM
Funeral Cortege- The funeral cortege will form at the Greater Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church 122 Dr. MLK Blvd Inverness Fl, 34450 Saturday August 27th at 10 o'clock AM.
Celebration of Life- The celebration of life will be held Saturday August 27th at 11am First Baptist Church 550 Pleasant Grove Road Inverness Florida 34450
