Mother Mattie Lee (Walker) Pickett

 Mattie Lee Pickett was born to the late Mr. George and Mary L Walker on April 19,1947 in Dallas, County. A loving caring person as she always put others first. Our family Matriarch who has change many lives following her path in the medical field as her own business entrepreneur. She took in and help many families with their loved ones as her calling by Faith; installing her passion onto us to forever continue her Legacy.  

 She departed this life on December 9, 2021.  She preceded in death by her parents George R. and Mary L Walker; three brothers Johnny L. Walker, Albert Walker, James L. Walker; three sisters Mable B. Walker, Brenda Scott, and Bertha Bennet; great grand-daughter Jakayla M. Clark.

She leaves to cherish her precious moments

three sons Joe Walker of Bessemer Alabama, James Brown, Andre Smith,

one sister Earlie (Bay) Brooks of Brooklyn New York,

two brothers Isiah Walker of Brighton Alabama, George Walker of Bessemer Alabama,

 two sister n laws Lue Dixie of Alabama and Edith Brown of Brooksville Florida,

a great aunt Annie Pearl Brown of Alabama,

eleven grandkids of Florida Kimberly Kincade-Williams (Brian), Timothy Kincade Jr, Bobbrieanna Walker, Demarcus Brown, Rashon Brown, Shanice Brown, Aliyah Brown, Darius Brown, Fredrick Brown, Nikiya Brown, Joseph Walker Jr,

seventeen great grandchildren Tre’Shawn Kincade, Ja’Kaylanique Kincade, Kayden Torres-Kincade, Ki’Siah Kincade, Ti’Mia Kincade, Arsenio Jackson Jr, Aubrey Jackson, Ashton Jackson, Aaron Jackson, Raiyana Brown, Arshi Stewart, Kaiya Brown, Carter Foster, Zyaira Mcdowell, Darius Smith, Jabari Smith, Trinity Smith.

Flowers- will be received on Thursday December 16th from 9 am to 3pm at the J.T. Campbell Funeral Home

Viewing- To be held at The Victorious Church Of God By Faith On Thursday December 16th from 5pm to 7pm

Interment-  To Be Held on Monday December 20, 2021 at 12 noon,  at Brighton Memorial Gardens 4159 Main street Brighton Alabama 35020
