One of a kind, Raliegh was easily characterized by a loving, sincere, kind, intelligent, smart young man who had a heart of gold. He was one that would give you the shirt off his back. He enjoyed being around family and friends. He had such compassion for neighbors as well as the community as a whole. He was very passionate about flipping cars and trucks. A lover of cars, one would see him any day at a car show. Fishing was a hobby he deeply cared for. As a family man, he dedicated his life on the beach. Raliegh was such a prankster. He would use his cell phone to make calls to different ones--especially his Grandma, Betty Richardson. He always had a joyful spirit which would keep you laughing. He kept videos of his fun to show people’s reactions.
