Stephon Lakeith Parker

Stephon Parker, 56, of Crystal River, Florida passed away October 6, 2023. He was born February 16, 1967 to Sammie and Vera (Joyner) Parker in Inverness, Florida. Stephon was raised in Crystal River where he attended school and graduated from Crystal River High School in 1985. Throughout high school he participated in sports such as football, baseball and track. In 1986, Stephon became a Sailor in the United States Navy as an Integrated Shipboard Maintenance Personnel.

Stephon leaves to cherish his memory, his precious wife Marcola Parker of Ogallala, Nebraska and eight children: Stephon Parker Jr. of Tallahassee, Florida; Brandy Parker of Tampa, Florida; Tresann Waties of Westminster, Colorado; Devin Parker of Tampa, Florida; Jazmine Kuchman of Dover New Hampshire; Toray Smith of Brush, Colorado; Tearra Parker of Lincoln, Nebraska and Tru Smith of Ogallala, Nebraska. Grandchildren, Rylan Duarte of Tampa, Florida; Luna Waites of Westminster, Colorado and Loyal Mason of Tampa, Florida. Mother, Vera Larcelia Parker of Crystal River, Florida. Brothers, Ralph Murphy Sr of Crystal River and Carl (Kristy) Parker Sr of Lecanto of Florida; Sisters, Alfreda (Donald) Westbrook of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Bridget Parker of Crystal River, Florida. A host of Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Nephews and sorrowing friends.

Stephon was preceded in death by his Father, Sammie Parker; Nephew, Ralph Murphy Jr. and Father-in-law, Raymond Smith.

Flowers May be received at The J.T. Campbell Funeral home on Monday October 16, from 9am to 2pm

Family will form the Funeral Cortege at The Family home 791 North East 3rd street Crystal River Fl 34428 on Tuesday October 17, at 12:15pm all vehicles driving in the procession should be facing highway 44.

Celebration of Life - Tuesday October 17, 2023 1pm at Mt Olive Missionary Baptist Church..No Viewing prior to service or after Eulogy.

Final Resting place- Crystal Memorial Gardens..with Military Honors.
