Wallace T McRae

Wallace Theodore McRae was born in Brooksville, FL, February 1, 1941, to William Lucious McRae Sr. and Mary Jane McRae. He was the fourth child amongst his sibblings: William Lucious McRae Jr. aka Uncle Bill, Erma Jean Lawson, Jack Stephens, James Henderson McRae Sr. and Mary Jane McRae.

Wallace attended Moton High School where he would play Varsity Football from the age of 11 (6^th grade) until he graduated in 1959. While in high school, he met his first girlfriend and first love Mamie Lee Blake. He was also her first boyfriend and first love as well, later to be married in 1960 for 64 years. While attending high school, Wallace worked at the Pepsi Cola Corporation. He then went on to work at the Juice plant for a few years , then later to work at the Florida Rock Corporation where he would retire after 40 years of service.

Wallace was preceded in death by his parents, William Lucious McRae Sr. and Mary Jane McRae; Daughters, Jeanette McRae Ferguson (Calvin), Jeanice Brown (Louis), Rosa May McRae; Granddaughter, Louisa McRae Perez and Brothers: William Lucious McRae Jr. aka Uncle Bill and Jack Stephens.

Wallace leaves to mourn: Wife, Mamie Lee Blake McRae; Son, Wallace Theodore McRae Jr. (Judy); (2) Daughters Isabell McRae Mathis (Elijah) and Tyshea McRae; Grandchildren: Lounice Brown, Juan Harris Jr., Wallace Theodore McRae III(Shontae), Amber Brown, Jordan Harris (Minoita), Precious McRae, Jasmire Brown, Davon McRae (Paris), 4^th generation of great grandchildren and great great grand children and a host of friends and relatives. Wallace was truly loved and will be missed dearly.

Flowers- May be Received on Friday April 14th from 9 AM to 3 PM at the JT Campbell funeral home and cremation services Macedonia chapel

Wake/Visitation- The visitation/wake will be held at the Ebenezer Missionary Baptist church 600 wood drive Brooksville Florida. on Friday April 14th from 5 pm to 7 pm.

Funeral Cortege- The funeral Cortege will form at 10:15 am on Saturday April 15th 2023. at 129 ACL street Brooksville FL 34601.

Celebration of Life- The Celebration of life will be held on Saturday April 15th at 11 AM at the Ebenezer missionary Baptist church 600 wood drive Brooksville Florida. There will be a viewing prior to the processional only.
