  William “Bill” Collins . ,66, passed away on December 15, 2021 in Brooksville, FL. 
  

  He was born June 6, 1955 in Stuttgart, Germany. The son of Grafton and Eileen Collins. He lived in Germany for a few short years while his father finished his military assignment. He then resided in Tennessee with his family and later moved to Brooksville, FL where he grew to find life’s calling as a spouse, father, and master craftsman. He remodeled many homes throughout the Brooksville and surrounding areas. He enjoyed jazz music and fishing in his free time. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his spouse Debi Peterson, children William Collins of Brooksville and Tamara (James) Dismukes of Lutz, his grandchildren Hailey and Vaida Collins, Quintin Dismukes, his sisters Amara Carberry of Johnson City, TN, Anita Hill of Tappahannock, VA, Treva Carter of Simpsonville, SC, and his brother Jonathan Collins of Kingsport, TN. He is preceded in death by his sister Shirley McGuire and his parents. In lieu of funeral services, he wishes to have his ashes spread underneath his favorite old oak tree which will be done by his family at a later date. The family wishes to thank the Hernando Pasco Hospice for their love and unending support during his last few weeks. His free spirit and hilarious commentary will be continuously celebrated throughout the years
